Keiser Phillips Associates (KPA) is a consultancy firm that specializes in airports and related facility planning and marketing issues and in time-definite surface transportation for airlines to the North American expedited LTL and TL market.  Our focus is on airport air cargo facility planning, air cargo market research, strategic business planning and the development of airline RFS solutions.

Formed in 1987, our primary clients are airports, port authorities, city and state aeronautical agencies, airlines, freight forwarders and airport facility developers.  KPA is based in Seattle, Washington with a service office in Shanghai, China. KPA is also a registered Hong Kong company DBA Keiser Phillips Associates, Limited.

 

KPA has a unique professional team of multi-lingual US and China based transportation professionals with experience in the fields of operations, market strategy, brand management, government relationship management, sales & marketing services and international business development. 

 

One of our most important assets is our knowledge of the operational side of the air cargo, motor freight, water, and rail transportation business and our extensive network of industry, regulatory agency and airport contacts.  We can initiate discussions with carriers, developers, regulatory agencies, local governments, and other interested parties to provide fast results to help airports target their marketing efforts and customize their development plans to fit their intended audience.
